If Verity Vampire is your choice, then you have got to have teeth or fangs to complete that glam outfit. Ever thought about sticking some fancy diamantes on your teeth or fangs? Look for teeth or fangs that appear like a normal denture. You will definitely fool everyone because these teeth look so realistic! They come with safe proof putty which can be molded on the denture and placed in your mouth over your own teeth.

When choosing a costume, there are a few important factors and many pros and cons to address. Comfort with the WOW factor is important, so plan well and you will enjoy your trick or treating. Here are some handy points to consider when planning your costume.

Unitards that do up at the back can take some time to remove if you wish to use the bathroom. Full Head Masks look effective however you can become hot wearing them. Remember once removed the look of your costume can diminish.

Depending on your costume, you could adorn your neck with a Choker. You can also find slashes, scratches, or bullet wounds which are attached to the neck by a product called spirit gum. Special effects can include Blood, Gel Blood, or Blood Capsules. Blood capsules can stain your clothing so beware. There are also many websites that contain blood recipes so take a look and see if you can find one.

Many a Halloween costume can look incomplete without a wig. Most costume hire stores hire out wigs to accompany your costume. Wigs can be styled with rollers and sprayed. Remember not to use heat, as this can melt the follicles. Most bought wigs are packed with a hair net and can be used to hold you own hair into place.

As an alternative to a wig, color your own hair. Rinses are a temporary color and wash out after 6 - 8 shampoos. Fudge comes in a range of colors, but is longer lasting. Colored Hair Gels are thick and opaque and come in an array of colors. Colored Hair Spray is easy to use, dries quickly, looks effective and washes out easily. If you are coloring bleached hair, be careful because some products can adhere to your hair follicles and are hard to remove.

Depending on the character you choose, most require some covering of the feet area. Look for long black boots or striped socks, for example if you want to look like a witch or pirate.

Claws can be purchased through online costume hire stores and can add that last minute special look to a vampire or werewolf costume. Nails and Claws usually come with make-up kits; however you can purchase them separately. Gloves will also assist in finishing the look of a skeleton.

And lastly, don't forget to paint your hands in the same base color to give your costume that overall finished look. For extra length, false nails can be added and painted. Now you are ready to go out trick or treating in this year's must have top looks for the 2008 Halloween season.
